Direction & Consulting: 100% online planning sessions throughout the entire process.
Venue Selection: Strategic search and evaluation of the ideal venue or location.
Curated Vendors: Recommendations for high-end professionals (photography, music, floral design, etc.) aligned with your style and budget.
Design & Visual Styling: Creation of the aesthetic concept, color palette, and decor proposal.
Ceremony Guidance: Logistical support and advice for civil or religious ceremony requirements.
On-Site Presence: Not included on the event day.

Package 2: Design and planning Partnership
Comprehensive planning, visual design, and on-site coordination dedicated exclusively to your Big Day.
Designed for couples who want to completely relax on their wedding day, knowing that the Creative Director and team will be on-ground managing every aesthetic and operational detail.
Early On-Site Inspection: The organizer's standard presence includes arrival at the destination the day before the wedding to conduct site inspections and oversee setup. (If additional days of physical presence are required, they can be added by adjusting the budget).
Design & Production: Complete planning of the visual concept, space layout, and ambiance design.
Live Event Coordination: Full management of vendors, timelines, protocol, and guest assistance throughout the wedding day.
Travel Expenses: Travel expenses, flights, and accommodations for the Wedding Planner are not included and will be quoted separately based on the destination.
Investment: Starting at $5,000 USD (+ travel expenses based on destination)
Package 3: The Complete Wedding Experience
The ultimate VIP on-site coverage: transforming your destination wedding into a seamless, multi-day experience.
Designed for the most discerning couples seeking full end-to-end planning for their wedding alongside a multi-day celebration, complete with tailored assistance for themselves and their international guests.
Comprehensive Planning & Production: Strategic venue search, support for civil or religious ceremonies, and selection of ultra-luxury vendors (catering, floral art, photography, entertainment, etc.).
Multi-Event On-Site Coverage: Physical presence and full coordination for all weekend events (Welcome Party / Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Day, and Post-Wedding Brunch). Standard presence covers the main event days; if additional days are required at the destination, the budget will be adjusted accordingly.
Bespoke Experience Design: Tailored aesthetic concept and styling for the Big Day and every supporting weekend event.
Activities & Tours Management: Custom organization of group excursions, local tours, and tailored experiences for the couple and guests during their stay.
Full Guest Concierge Service: Complete assistance with accommodation booking, ground transfers, transportation logistics, and personalized support for all international guests.
Additional Support: Guidance for the Engagement Party and full planning support for the Honeymoon.
